Zucchini Taco Shells Recipe

 

1 serving (for 1 person)

Makes 3 taco shells

  • 1/8 cup egg whites
  •  1 cup zucchini (grated) - SQUEEZE out the water with a towel
  • 1.5 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp cheese (low fat mozzarella)
  • garlic powder (a pinch
  • salt (a pinch)

After mixing the ingredients, divide up by 3 round squashed circles about 1/8 of an inch thick. Put on parchment paper or a silicone mat if you have it.

Bake 400 degrees for 25 min.

Enjoy munching on your Zucchini Taco Shells and don't feel guilty. They are a healthy way to have a snack.
